2. Project Scoping & Proposals
Submitting a project inquiry or scheduling a scoping call does not constitute a binding engineering contract. Formal client engagements, deliverables, milestones, and payment terms are executed through separate Master Services Agreements (MSA) or Statements of Work (SOW).
3. Intellectual Property
All branding, text, graphic assets, and original code snippets on this site are the intellectual property of iNeuron. Client software deliverables and code handovers are transferred according to specific contract terms upon project completion.
4. Limitation of Liability
iNeuron provides this website on an "as-is" basis and makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted availability or error-free web content.
